I started Stuff of Life LLC because I believe your home life should support your whole life—not steal your energy from it.
After moving 16 times (yes, I counted), juggling my career as a nonprofit leader with family life (parenting through a pandemic, anyone?), and helping my parents downsize and relocate nearby, I know firsthand how draining it can be when your space and systems don't work for you. I also know how transformative it feels when it finally does - and I know it's never just about the stuff, it's about how we use it and what it means to us.
As someone with a neuro-spicy ADHD brain, I had to learn the hard way how to set up better systems—not just for me, but for my whole family. I also know what it's like to be absolutely exhausted—juggling work, family, and trying to keep it all together while feeling like you're constantly one step away from everything crashing down. I wanted someone to float down from the sky like my own personal "Mary Poppins" and just... help.
I tried hiring helpers - hourly organizers, housekeepers – but nobody understood or saw the whole picture. I was left spending money and still holding the bag for all the pieces they didn't complete. The systems quickly fell into chaos again because they didn't take my whole family into account – and "asking nicely" wasn't working.
That's the experience I want to give you—someone who sees the whole picture, understands your unique brain and family, and helps you create systems that actually stick.
Today, I'm a mom and stepmom to three wonderful kids, married to a generous, kind, and very funny 5th grade teacher, and passionate about helping busy women and families reduce chaos at home so they can focus on what matters most—whether that's crushing it at work, showing up for their communities, or just finding five minutes of peace.
I'm an Ultimate Certified Professional Organizer™ and Ultimate Certified Home Stager™, and I bring a coach's perspective to every project. I completed the Playing Big Facilitators Training with women's leadership coach Tara Mohr, studied public narrative with Marshall Ganz, and hold a certification in Applied Narrative Intelligence from the Istoria Institute. This means I'm deeply interested in your story—what matters to you, what you're working toward, and what you need to get there.
About Us
OUR VALUES
These are the values that guide how we work and how we show up for you:
Authenticity
We show up as ourselves and support you in being yourself. There's only one you, and we're here to help you create a life that reflects that—no pretense, no performance.
Integrity
We say what we mean and mean what we say. We strive to align our words, values, and actions – especially in a world that doesn't always make sense.
Accountability
We take ownership of what we can control and set clear expectations up front. We hold ourselves accountable to you, and we'll respectfully hold you accountable to the goals we create together.
Grace
We're all imperfect. We all make mistakes. We recognize the humanity in ourselves and in you. We connect before we correct—understanding comes first, always.
Stewardship
We believe in leaving things better than we found them—respecting your resources, caring for our communities, and honoring our planet. We take seriously our role in stewarding what matters, for ourselves and for the future.
